Our Cromarty conversion is fitted as standard with European manufactured rear seats specifically shaped for travelling, whilst also folding easily into a completely flat bed - guaranteeing you a comfortable night’s sleep free of lumps and bumps!

The seat is built upon a steel frame that has been crash tested to meet all European regulations and the folding mechanism ensures that the seat locks solidly and safely into place. With integral headrests, which simply push down for folding into the bed position, you can be sure that your travelling passengers have both a safe and very comfortable journey. When compared with the bench seat style traditionally installed by many campervan and motorhome converters, this seat design is a huge step forward in both comfort and safety.

At 130cm wide (4 feet), with three fully integrated three point inertia seat belts and three integrated headrest as part of the seat, you can be sure that your passengers will travel safely in the rear. Just push down the integral headrests, pull the side positioned levers and the seats invert simply into a completely flat bed measuring 186cm long (6 foot 1 inch). You won’t be sleeping on any part of the moulded travelling side so comfort is guaranteed.

In the boot of the vehicle flexibility is also part of the design; the rear one third portion of the bed lying closest to the tailgate not only folds flat for sleeping, but can also be simply rotated into a vertical position allowing you to carry tall, large or awkward items easily in the boot. It’s a far more useful solution than a fixed parcel shelf.

For fabrics, you can choose from a range which includes matching with the standard VW fabric on your front seats.
