High Top Roof

For all our Jura conversions we only ever build upon full VW factory fitted roofs. Made from a lightweight composite resin the roof shells are molded and sealed perfectly to fit, follow the contours of the vehicle and are all colour sprayed on the factory line to give and exact paint match.

Strengthened from the inside with cross member batons the resin material, being a poor conductor of both heat or cold, acts as an excellent first layer of insulation to which we add to significantly on the underside with both sheep's wool and automotive trim.

The construction and position of the high roof does though mean that it's not possible to fit either a roofrack or side awning rail, although a Fiamma style permanent roll out awning shade is an option.
