Increase Rear Seat Width for Three Full Seat Belts
With a few minor changes to the size and appliances of the side counter unit, widening your rear seat from one with two full 3 point seat belts to one with three is a straight forward option. All three seat belts are on interia reels and the seat is fully fitted with three integrated headrest and three molded seat travelling positions.
The seat is 129cm wide and gives you a wide double bed that is also 186cm long. Manufactured by in Europe to TUV crash test regulations under the brand name of RIB, the seats are available in a wide range of fabrics which include VW Inka, Place and Tasamo trim.
Increasing the width of your seat does have a small impact upon the furniture units alongside the driver's side of the conversion. The narrower counter means that it is only possible to fit a smaller sink with a hardwood top and tap located on the counter top, not the smoke glass lid sink with integrated tap that is normally found in our Tiree. You will also have a little less width to the side lower cupboard storage.
