We’ve a small but growing fleet of new VW converted campervans. All easy to drive, easy to park and easy to reverse - ideal for the narrow Highland roads! All our vehicles sleep a minimum of four adults.
What’s Included in your Campervan
Unless it says alongside, then there’s no extra charge for anything mentioned below. We’ve
tried to give you all the day to day things that we think you’ll need, but just let us know if you
think we’ve left something out.
Kitchen Items
- Fridge - a 60 litre fridge that includes a 5 litre freezer box. It runs off gas or
either 12v or 240v electrics.
- Hob - a gas hob with 2 burners and electronic ignition.
- Sink - a sink with integral water tap.
- Fresh Water Tank - an inbuilt 60 litre water tank. We also provide a hose so if you
need to, then filling up is easy.
- Cutlery and Crockery - everything you’d expect from plates, bowls, pans and glasses
to a corkscrew, grater, peeler, chopping board and much more!

Seating and Eating
- Two seats up front and three at the back. All are forward facing and all have three
point seat belts - no lap belts or sideways facing seats here!
- Swivelling Seats - the front passenger seat swivels to face the rear giving a
communal feel to the vehicle.
- Tables - a detachable table fits along the rear seat and a swing out table is in
position for the swivelling passenger seat.

Sleeping
- Two Double Beds - each over 183cm (6 feet) long
- Downstairs Bed - simply folded from the rear seat and you won’t need to do a
cushion jigsaw to get it made - just pull the lever and it swings into place. It’s 185cm long and 115cm
wide at the narrowest point.
- Upper Bed - in the roof space and is also 185cm long and 115cm wide. With a solid
base and thick foam mattress it will comfortably sleep two adults - or three small children! The bed
hinges down from the elevating roof and is made in seconds.

Keeping Warm
- Internal Heating - all our vehicles have inbuilt gas or diesel hot air blown heating.
Just push the button and hot air is on the way. You don’t need to have the engine running!

Bathroom Bits
- Porta Potti - if you’d like a porta potti type toilet then we’ll be
happy to provide one for you, just make sure it’s empty and flushed out clean before you return
it and the end of your rental. It will fit either under the rear seat or in the boot.

Electrical System
- 12v and 240v - there’s an inbuilt system in every vehicle. If you’re
at a campsite with a 240v supply then you can run any of your home 240v items from the double socket
in the van, if a 240v supply isn’t available then the 12v system will give you all the power
you need for the inbuilt lights, 12v sockets and water pump.

Places to Go and Things to See
- Top Tips Book - each of our vans has a book with information of places to go and
visit during your time away. It’s also your chance to give ideas, comments and feedback, just get
out your pen and let your fellow renters know where or what you enjoyed (or didn’t!).

External Items
- Bike Rack - Every van is equipped with a fixed bike rack that will hold up to four
adult bikes, just fold down the bars and strap on the bikes, it couldn’t be easier.

Extra Items
A small charge applies to the following:
- Bedding - (quilt/sheet/pillow) £20 per person (per rental) - we have a number
of double and single quilts, please let us know your preference and we will do our best to match it.
- Towel - £5 per person (per rental).
