mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\">Living Wage Scotland was established in April 2014 by the Poverty Alliance with the aim of increasing the number of employers in Scotland who are recognised for paying their staff the real Living Wage.&nbsp; It is a partnership with Living Wage Foundation, with Scottish Government as a key funder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\">There are now more than 3000 Living Wage employers in Scotland, who have delivered pay uplifts to the real Living Wage to more than 60,000 workers and delivered more than \u00a3365 million of extra wages to low paid workers.
