On this weeks Gastrotour episode Top Chef, Mark Greenaway of Grazing is the second chef to accept the challenge, cooking up his Baby Roast Chicken with roasted hazelnuts, cauliflower and roasted potatoes in the back of a Jerba Campervan.
After over two years of negotiations, discussions and planning meetings, we have eventually started work and are delighted to see that the construction of our new campervan workshop has begun.
Jerba Campervans were selected as a case study company by SMAS (Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Services) to show how lean management practices can be put into practice in a small business.
In February we received our Living Wage Employer Accreditation.
