We are delighted to announce that we have just been awarded the newly created Motorhome Qualified Converter status by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. This brand new national system of recognition has just been launched by Volkswagen and Jerba Campervans was one of only three UK companies to immediately meet the standards required – we can now say that Jerba Campervans is the only Volkswagen Motorhome Qualified Converter in Scotland and in fact the north of the East Midlands!
The award required us to meet a set of very high standards set by Volkswagen, including fully certificated UK road safety Type Approval and full manufacturers’ certificated approval by the National Caravan Council – these two certifications cover all aspects of consumer safety for when you are either driving your campervan or using it as living accommodation.
To be formally recognised by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as one of only three UK Motorhome Qualified campervan converters is fantastic news for all our employees and is true reward for the years of dedication and attention to detail shown by staff across our business. We see this as an important milestone in the continuing growth of Jerba Campervans and look forward to many many more years ahead of working together with Volkswagen.
