Standard Campervan Features

Our standard Cromarty Crafter conversion includes everything you need to set off on a trip, we don’t leave out vital elements. Your Crafter campervan is ready for the road.

Fully belted seating for four — VW driver and single passenger swivelling cab seats, plus an 86cm wide RIB rear double seat. The permanent rear double bed (190cm long with side window pods) is raised to maximise garage storage beneath.

Fully enclosed washroom (95cm × 65cm) with Thetford C200 swivel-bowl toilet and full-height shower. Webasto Thermotop diesel heating delivers hot blown air and instant hot water via heat exchanger — no waiting for a cylinder.

Adds a 1150mm × 1960mm double bed accessed by folding ladder — 90mm deep foam mattress, 1100mm internal head height, no weight restriction.

Leather Upholstery

Full leather seating for cab and rear seats — change the look and feel of your Cromarty interior.

The questions we hear most.

How does the Cromarty differ from the Tiree?

The Cromarty is built on the long wheelbase platform, making it approximately 50cm longer than the Tiree. That extra length means a wider rear bed (126cm vs 120cm), a longer kitchen run with a three-burner hob, and significantly more storage throughout. It’s the natural choice for families or anyone who regularly travels with more gear or more people.

Can the Cromarty rear bed fit two adults?

Yes comfortably, and with the optional wide extension it reaches 6’5″ in length, making it suitable for taller sleepers too. Combined with the roof bed, the Cromarty sleeps four — two adults below, two in the roof.

Is the Cromarty Type Approved?

Yes. The Cromarty holds full Type Approval on the VW T6.1, meaning it has been independently crash-tested and approved directly by Volkswagen. We are in the final stages of achieving full Type Approval on the VW T7 and Ford Transit Custom platforms.

What's the current waiting time?

Build slots are typically booking 6–12 months ahead. Contact us directly for an exact build date and book in your build slot today with a £1000 deposit.

Do you offer finance and part-exchange?

Yes, we work with specialist leisure-vehicle finance partners and occasionally accept part-exchange against your existing vehicle or campervan.

What warranty comes with the conversion?

The base vehicle keeps its full VW or Ford manufacturer warranty. Our conversion work is covered by a comprehensive Jerba warranty, and our team is available for life-of-vehicle support.

Why did the Cromarty win Best Pop Top Campervan?

The Cromarty took the award at the 2026 Out & About Live show, the UK’s largest motorhome and campervan event. The judges cited the quality of the conversion, the practicality of the layout, and the standard of the Jerba pop-top roof design as standout reasons. It was built in our North Berwick workshop by the same team that has been making campervans since 2006.
