Q: What's included with a used Jerba?

Every van we list goes through a full pre-delivery inspection, fresh service and habitation check by our own technicians. You'll receive the service history, manuals, and our Jerba warranty for added peace of mind.

Q: Can I part-exchange or finance a used van?

Yes. We work with specialist leisure-vehicle finance partners and occasionally accept part-exchange against your existing campervan or vehicle.

Q: Where do I collect the van?

All Jerba-supplied vans are collected from our workshop in North Berwick, East Lothian. We give you a full hands-on handover so you leave confident with everything onboard.

Q: Are owner-listed vans inspected too?

Owner-listed vans are sold directly between you and the owner, but we're happy to share the original build spec and service history we hold on file for any van we converted.

Q: Can I reserve a van remotely?

Absolutely. A refundable £500 holding deposit takes the van off the market while you arrange a visit, finance or part-exchange.

Q: Do you offer a roof bed?

Yes. Our optional Beech-slatted roof bed is 112cm × 190cm and supports a combined 150kg, with a 30mm dense foam mattress and removable cover.

We list a regular supply of pre-loved Jerbas direct from owners moving on to their next conversion. If you’d like us to feature your van here, just get in touch — there’s no listing fee.

We also occasionally accept part-exchange against a new build. Send us a few photos and your spec, and we’ll come back with an honest figure.
