Elevating Roof
Our exclusive forward opening pop top elevating roof, designed in-house, closes to under the height restriction for multi story car parks. Made with breathable Ventile cotton canvas, midge proof netting and stainless steel components, it’s only fitted to Jerba Campervan conversions. 

Seating & Sleeping – Comfort and Safety Combined

Our Tiree layout features five fully belted travel seats, all rigorously tested and certified to meet full Type Approval safety standards. The rear seating system cleverly converts into a generously sized bed measuring 120cm x 186cm, offering both practicality and comfort.

The design blends contoured cushioning on one side for supportive seating during travel, while the other side incorporates a built-in mattress topper, ensuring a flat, cosy surface for a restful night’s sleep. Both front cab seats come fitted with factory-installed swivels, allowing them to easily rotate and face the living area – perfect for relaxing or dining once parked.

Please note: Our current Type Approval safety certification applies to our VW T6.1 campervan conversions. We’re now in the final stages of achieving full Type Approval for all layouts on the Ford Transit Custom, and look forward to offering the same certified safety and comfort across both vehicle platforms.

• All installations tested and certified by qualified engineers.

Insulation & Flooring

• Fully bonded birch ply insulated floor.

• Non-Itch wall insulation for warmth using recycled bottle caps.

• Commercial grade vinyl flooring – non-slip, hardwearing, and easy to clean.

• Awning Rails, Awnings and Sunshades – A discreet awning rail allows quick attachment of freestanding awnings or sunshades. Ideal for creating extra living or storage space beside your camper. Larger wind out awnings are also available.
• Bike Rack – A versatile fold-down bike rack carries up to 4 bikes on a tailgate or 2 bikes on double rear doors. Easy to use and doesn’t require removal when not in use.
• Cassette Toilet – simple to use and lightweight to handle, we design all our conversions so that the toilet is very easy to access and can always be simply stored out of sight.
• Leather Upholstery – Upgrade the driver, passenger, and rear seats to full leather. Choose from a selection of colours and stitch patterns to match your style. Durable, wipe-clean, and luxurious.
• Elevating Roof Double Bed for Adults and Children – All Jerba Campervans Tiree elevating roofs include the option for a roof bed (112cm wide, supports up to 150kg). Suitable for 2 adults or children – perfect for families or extra guests.
• Roof Rails and Roof Rack for Elevating Roofs – Integrated rails with a load capacity up to 100kg, allowing secure transport of kayaks, paddleboards, roof boxes or extra gear on the roof – even with the elevating mechanism.
• Safe Box – A discreet, securely hidden 3mm steel safe with an 8-lever lock. Large enough to store an iPad, passports, and other valuables while you’re out exploring.
• Solar Panel – Enjoy off-grid freedom with a high-efficiency solar panel system. Keeps your leisure battery topped up during sunny days without needing to drive or hook up to mains.
• Solid High Top Roof – A solid high top roof is available as an alternative to an elevating roof on our Tiree, Cromarty, and Taransay conversions. Please note this is currently unovaliable on the new Ford / VW base veihcle but it will be soon. 
• Soft Thermoflex Lining to Beds – This soft underlayer increases comfort and allows airflow beneath the fabric, helping to prevent damp and condensation under your mattress or seat cushions.
• Wallas Diesel Fuelled Combined Hob & Heater – for a gas free camping experience try the diesel fuelled hob & hot air heating all in one option – enjoy more boot storage space, an easy clean glass surface, a single fuel source, no gas worries and reduced condensation. There are plenty of positives!
• Waste Water Tank – there are definite pro’s and con’s to having a waste water tank on your campervan, we hope our explanation will help you decide!
• Webasto Airtop Hot Air Heating and Cool Blowing Fan – Diesel-powered hot air heating for year-round comfort. Can be adapted to provide cool air flow in summer, making your camper more versatile in all climates.
• Webasto Thermo Top Evo Combined Hot Water and Hot Air with Optional Shower – Blown hot air and continuous hot water from a heat exchanger plate – not a small storage tank. All from a diesel fuelled system. You can even have a shower at the rear of the vehicle.
